The Intimate Leader: Increasing Performance and Embracing Individuality

The current state of the economy has many workers scared – more specifically, they are scared about their current status of employment. Unemployment is a real concern and reality for millions of Americans. Those who are currently employed are not exempt from this fear and this fear manifests itself in different forms, the most common being stress and pressure.
